4. Intellectual property

The content of this site is protected by the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code). CCM SAS holds the rights to the site and holds the right to publish the items appearing in the online shop's catalogue, and in particular the photographs, for which it has obtained the necessary authorisations from the persons concerned.

It is prohibited to remove any copyright, trade mark or other exclusive right notice appearing on the site or in its content.
