Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. This is your right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation), provided for by Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code).

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to request a return

Write to us at serviceclient@davidjones.fr stating your order number, the date of purchase, and the Product reference (if known).

We will reply within 48 working hours with the return instructions.

We ask you to notify us before sending back your parcel: this allows us to match it to your order as soon as it arrives and to speed up your refund.

Sending your item back

You have 7 days after informing us to dispatch your return, to the following address:

Return postage is at your expense. We strongly recommend a tracked shipment: if the returned parcel is lost, the risk is yours and we would not be able to refund you.

Please enclose your invoice or your order reference in the parcel.

In what condition?

To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

·       Not have been worn

·       Show no trace of wear or damage

·       Be returned in their original packaging

·       Be complete and in the same condition as on delivery

Failing this, the refund may be refused.

Refund

We will confirm receipt of your return by e-mail.

The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the item.

The refund is made exclusively to the means of payment used at the time of purchase. No refund to another bank account is possible. 

If the bank account has been closed, it is your responsibility to contact your bank to have the funds returned. CCM cannot be held liable for amounts retained by the banking institution.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item

This is a different situation, and the costs are not the same.

If a product is received damaged, you have 48 hours from receipt to contact our after-sales service at serviceclient@davidjones.fr .

 

Exchanges

CCM does not offer exchanges or credit notes: orders can only give rise to a refund via the means of payment used at the time of purchase.

 

Non-returnable items

Only items personalised at your request, should any exist, would be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code).
